Israeli Ground Forces Cross Into Syria, Officials Say

The New York Times:

Israeli ground forces have overtly crossed into Syrian territory for the first time since the 1973 October War, passing the demilitarized border zone, two Israeli officials said.

The victorious allies are now moving in to dissect the carcass of Syria. The Zionists are actively attacking what is left of the Syrian Arab Army, and seizing territory. Neither the US nor the Turks are likely to abandon their illegally-occupied Syrian territory. It is possible that an Alawite rump state will emerge as a Russian protectorate, but that may be a bridge too far.

If we do not abandon our positions, or stand down our Kurdish and our so-called “democratic” jihadi terrorist proxies, then we will be depriving Turkey’s now-ruling jihadi terrorist proxies of the same vital revenue generation from which we blocked Assad. Our jihadi terrorist proxies have battled Turkey’s jihadi terrorist proxies in the past. If no serious effort is made toward a political settlement, then the next phase of the Syrian civil war could be a real problem for NATO, which Russia and Iran will not hesitate to exploit.
