Hegseth Meets With Netanyahu In Israel Ahead Of Elections And Possible Restart To Iran War

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth quietly visited Israel on Monday and met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to a senior U.S. military official who spoke to CBS News under condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.

A second source involved in the matter in Israel confirmed Tuesday morning that Netanyahu met Hegseth.

The unannounced visit came just over a week before Netanyahu’s party faces elections. It also comes after President Trump floated resuming military operations against Iran following next month’s U.S. midterm elections.

Operation Iranian Freedom IV.2 is coming soon. The re-escalation of our fourth failed, ongoing, unprovoked, unjustified, and anti-Constitutional war for Israel against Iran will very obviously fail. We will once again be humiliated by our chosen adversaries. UAE Agrees With Saudi Arabia To Re-Enter Yemen Conflict Amid Houthi Gains

The new cooperation agreement is the first tangible sign that the deep rift between the UAE and Saudi Arabia over Yemen’s future is starting to be healed – if only because the advance by Houthi forces across Yemen has alarmed all the rival Gulf state rulers.

Saudi Arabia is facing daily drone and missile attacks and is struggling to maintain an atmosphere of normality, as Houthi strikes immobilise its airports and some of its energy infrastructure.

Southern forces – mainly in the Giant Brigades – were previously trained and funded by the UAE, and are regarded as some of the most effective in the disjointed anti-Houthi military coalition. But the UAE quit operations inside Yemen in January, cutting off its funding supply line.

The UAE is back in the war. I never really followed the progress of the so-called “Saudi-led coalition” in Yemen too closely, but when the UAE was last involved, the coalition essentially fought a civil war against itself. The UAE bailed out, but our efforts to transform Yemen into a major regional bloodbath have successfully drawn them back in.

The U.S. military has drawn up options for renewed strikes on Iran that include the potential use of one of the biggest nonnuclear bombs in its arsenal, CNN reported Thursday, as Tehran vowed to continue fighting for its demands.

The strike plans involve the possible use of the GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast Bomb, nicknamed the “mother of all bombs,” CNN reported, citing multiple U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

CNBC has not independently confirmed the report. An official told CNBC the Defense Department “plans for a wide range of operational scenarios to execute Presidential and Secretary level direction and to ensure mission success in any operational environment.”

It seems like POTUS and his Zionist masters truly do understand that their only two options for Iran are to either go nuclear or go home. But they probably do also understand that they really should not go nuclear. And so we have yet another totally half-baked idea.

Our MOABs will neither scare the Iranians into surrendering, nor will they eliminate Iran’s thirty to fifty underground missile cities.

Netanyahu Reportedly Pressed Trump To Renew Iran Fighting Before Israeli And US Elections

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu urged US President Donald Trump to renew the fighting against Iran before Israel’s October 27 election and the US midterm elections a week later, Israeli television reported Tuesday, as the American leader said he would make a decision on Iran “very soon.”

US officials told Channel 12 News they came away with the impression from last week’s talks that Netanyahu wanted to launch an attack before the elections, with the premier citing worrying steps by Iran in the nuclear arena.

While Trump has since said publicly that he will not resume attacks on Iran before the US midterms, the Israel Defense Forces and CENTCOM remain at a high state of readiness and are completing preparations in case Trump changes his mind, the TV report quoted unnamed sources as saying.

It would certainly be dumb of POTUS to re-escalate his unprovoked and anti-Constitutional war for Israel against Iran before the elections; but the Iranians may be baiting him into doing so. He talks like he understands that it would be a mistake, but he is being pushed from all sides to re-escalate his dumb failed war as soon as possible. When he finally does, we will still be unprepared.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said Sunday he was unsure how the Iran war will end, with the eight-month mark of the conflict nearing.

Bessent’s comments come about two weeks before the war with Iran hits the eight-month mark. The war, which is broadly unpopular with the American public, has driven up energy costs in the U.S. as the Strait of Hormuz, a key waterway for oil exports from the Persian Gulf, has been closed amid the conflict.

The war and its downstream effects have also become a central issue in this year’s midterms, with Democrats hammering Republicans over the conflict and the higher energy costs it has brought.

It doesn’t sound like Trump’s lame Soros goon is very confident about the economic war that he is supposed to be waging against Iran. Just a couple of weeks ago, this buffoon was predicting that Iran would collapse in a couple of weeks. We had them “on their knees,” he bragged like a dork.

I wonder how much more couple of weeks away from collapse Iran will be after another month of Bessen’t onslaught.

President Donald Trump said he has struck a deal to obtain diesel from Russia, a stunning reversal of years of U.S. pressure on Moscow over its war with Ukraine and an attempt to address high fuel prices ahead of the U.S. midterm elections.

If this actually happens, then I will enjoy watching all the right people get mad about it. This completely undermines Lady Lindsey’s dumb “bone-crushing” sanctions, it undermines the dumb Globalist war for EU/NATO expansion in Ukraine, and it undermines the economic war which POTUS is attempting to wage against Iran.

But it is correct to do. None of these dumb wars are for any American interest, but these dumb wars are driving up our cost of living. The well-being of the Americans takes precedence over the unprovoked, ideological wars which we are waging all over the world. Although Donald Trump does not give the slightest damn about America or the Americans, flooding the market with cheap Russian energy might at least help us in the short term.

The president’s announcement comes a day after an Atlantic report detailed a White House push for the Pentagon to develop attack options against Iranian targets that could happen before the midterms.

Early last month, Trump told reporters the Iran war would end “immediately after the election,” blaming Iranian leadership for trying to prolong the conflict to hurt him politically.

The war, now in its seventh month, has become a top issue for voters as soaring energy prices threaten to deepen their concerns about the economy.

Until he heard the backlash to his stupid idea, Donald Trump probably had no idea how dumb it would be of him to re-escalate his Iran quagmire before the midterm elections.

In a post on his social media platform, Trump defended U.S. military involvement in Iran and called out by name influential podcasters Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens and Alex Jones, saying “They’re not ‘MAGA.'” 

For the record, this blog is not, nor has it ever been, MAGA. I am America First, and only supported Donald Trump’s stated America First goals, such as no war with Iran. As we now know, MAGA is nothing more than a personality cult. Donald Trump willingly destroyed his own political coalition to enrich his family and in exchange for immunity from Deep State coup plots.

The reason why I have not voted since 2004 is because I knew this would happen. Just as Dubya betrayed all who supported his “no nation-building” stance, Donald Trump stabbed America, and the Americans, in the back.

The White House has asked the Pentagon to prepare options for strikes on Iran that could take place before the November 3 midterm elections, The Atlantic reported Wednesday, citing two administration officials.

US Central Command is developing the options, a US official told the magazine. The potential targets, scope of an operation, and whether US President Donald Trump will authorize military action remain under discussion.

That is dumb. Trump’s only two options for Iran are to either go nuclear, or go home. His Zionist masters will not allow him to go home. He may be dumb enough to try another invasion, but he would be extra dumb to do that before the elections, and he would be super dumb to nuke Iran before the elections. If he re-escalates too soon before the elections, and inevitably fails to achieve anything at the time of the elections, then the reality of his ongoing failure will work against him too.

Iran’s Houthi allies in Yemen rejected assertions by Saudi-backed state forces on Tuesday that they’ve retaken key positions along the Red Sea coast, with a spokesman insisting the rebel fighters had “full control over all their gains on the ground.”

The announcements came hours after forces aligned with Yemen’s internationally recognised government launched a counteroffensive to retake territory the Iran-aligned Houthis captured last month. The Yemeni forces, who are backed by Saudi Arabia, said they have retaken the port city of Mocha on the Red Sea and are now in control of the strategic Bab al-Mandeb strait.

The Saudi-led coalition has confirmed its participation in the Yemeni government offensive, saying 100 of its fighter jets are providing air support.

As of now, the Mecca Pact will only deploy to Saudi Arabia, to defend against inbound Houthi attacks. They have not been ordered to deploy directly into Yemen, although I suspect that will happen eventually. The Mecca Pact is still separate from the so-called “Saudi-led coalition” which is already operating in Yemen.

On Sunday, Iran hit another tanker in the Strait of Hormuz, extending a fast-paced run of attacks on the “shuttle” shipping trade between Gulf oil producers and the STS transfer zone in the Gulf of Oman. 

Vanguard Tech has identified the latest tanker hit as the Lipsi, a brand new LR2 linked to a Greek operator and a Chinese owner. Industry media sources have reported that the vessel sustained engine room damage. 

Over the past week, the pace of successful Iranian strikes has approached a rate of nearly one tanker per day, following weeks of relative security. The attacks put pressure on the steady flow of tanker traffic through the waterway, which had recently rebounded to more than 12 million barrels per day – enough to restore total Gulf export volume to nearly prewar levels.

I wonder if the reason why so many tankers have been able to pass through the strait lately is because Iran allowed them to do so, in futile hope of a diplomatic breakthrough on the sidelines of the UN.

Mohsen Rezaei, Iran’s top security official, made the rare admission on Saturday at a high-level government meeting about how to stabilize the economy after more than seven months of war.

Iran’s currency, the rial, has plummeted since the United States and Israel launched the war on Iran in February. The decline has accelerated sharply in recent weeks, since the United States ratcheted up sanctions and enforced a naval blockade. That has made imports more expensive and deepened a longstanding cost of living crisis that sparked nationwide protests last December that the security forces crushed with deadly force.

Analysts say the U.S. naval blockade has also largely prevented Iran from exporting oil, depriving the country of its main source of revenue and causing a fuel crisis.

But will we succeed in totally crashing the Iranian economy before it’s time to re-escalate our war following the midterm elections?

The U.S. military is dispatching roughly 9,000 troops aboard a group of ships to the Middle East, a U.S. official said Thursday. The bolstering of the American military presence comes as President Donald Trump warned anew that new strikes against Iran could be on the horizon.

The troop movement, which includes a third aircraft carrier, underscores the rapidly evolving dynamic of Trump’s war against Iran as he ponders his next move, with midterm elections in the United States looming large and new signs that the nature of the conflict may be becoming more complex.

Trump has threatened that a post-midterm election escalation — despite his initial promises to Americans of a campaign that would last a matter of weeks — remains a viable option. Further complicating matters, Trump told reporters Thursday that early indications suggest that Iran is linked to the FlyDubai co-pilot who stabbed his captain and tried to crash an Israel-bound flight on Wednesday.

We are not going to have three carriers on hand in the Gulf. The Washington is there now, and the Roosevelt is heading over, but the Washington will most likely rotate out soon. The George HW Bush just left the Gulf, and is operating in the Indian Ocean, but it could be sent back in. So we will have one on hand for sure, unless we re-escalate before the Washington is relieved.

Moral of the story: we are about ten carrier groups short of what we need. When we started our unprovoked war for Israel against Iraq in 2003, we had Iraq surrounded with five carrier battle groups. Iran is four times the size of Iraq. And Yemen is 1.5 times the size of Iraq, so if Trump starts another unprovoked war for Israel against Houthi Yemen like the one he started and lost in 2025, then this show of force becomes even more pathetic for us.
