And by the time he decided to pass the torch, he had saddled Harris with too many challenges and far too little time to build a winning case for herself.
Joe Biden has always been a corrupt, garbage politician, and I have never had any respect for him as a human being whatsoever; but the Democrat Party really needs to go easy on that poor old senile fool. He was senile when they ran him in 2020, and he is senile today. They pretended that he was not senile even after that debate, still trying to pass him off as some sort of saintly elder statesman, physically exhausted from all of the great work he is doing for the world. And then George Clooney declared the emperor to be naked. Suddenly, Biden was no longer fit for duty (but he can stay in office until the inauguration?), and a new conspiracy emerged in which the Democrats all began pretending that his zany and untalented ex-prostitute DEI VP was some sort of a good or viable candidate for POTUS. Another rigged DNC primary in the bag, and Donald Trump wins.
They can blame Biden’s handlers for putting Kamala there in the first place, they can blame George Clooney for his op-ed which placed her at the head of the ticket, but they should really all blame themselves for rigging their own primary again. They only ran Biden in 2020 because they thought he could defeat President Trump forever, be the Deep State sock puppet for a term, and then go away. But President Trump ruined all that when he ran for the 2024 election. None of their bullshit lawsuits or prosecutions could stop him. It was the idiotic DNC who wagered that they were stuck with Biden, it was the idiotic DNC who then goobered their own primary, it was the idiotic DNC who long ago eschewed democracy for technocratic connivance, and where did it get them?
