Just one hour after Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt announced a State of Emergency in Oklahoma City, Gov. Kevin Stitt declared a State of Emergency in all 77 Oklahoma counties. According to the State of Emergency declaration, the eighth confirmed case of the coronavirus was confirmed in Oklahoma.
